We tried the fresh oysters which were delicious. The shrimps and green mussels were cooked to perfection. Waitress was kind and helpful with the food choices. They have tv's for games which is a plus.

Hands down, this spot serves the best snow crab boil I've ever had in the area. The crab was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. What sets them apart is the variety of flavors they offer for the boil. Whether you like it mild, spicy, or somewhere in between, there's something for everyone. I tried their signature seasoning blend, and it was chef's kiss. Every bite was a burst of savory goodness. I'll admit I haven't been to many crab spots, but this place has set the bar incredibly high. The food, the flavors, and the quality were absolutely top-notch. If you're in Palm Desert and looking for an unforgettable seafood experience, you need to check out The Blazing claw

Spur of the moment trip but what a great find. Walking in, not the most friendly greeting from staff but they sat us down right away. It helps that we stopped by on a weekday, before 4pm, so we got some happy hour items. They've got combos you can select from or you can follow the step by step process: 1) pick seafood, 2) pick seasoning, 3) spice level, 4) add extras. We got shrimp and mussels in our bags, they were properly cooked and the flavor was delicious. I appreciated not getting heart burn later in the day, like I have at other kasian restaurants. I underestimated the size of the blazin claw combo so we had leftovers. Super satisfied with the food (we got lemon pepper fries and rice too). The waitress who checked on our table seemed over the job, but luckily we didn't have to ask for much while eating. Lots of decor inside and large tables that could comfortably sit 6, if you're going as a group. They've also got several tvs which featured different games. If you come in person, you'll appreciate that plenty of napkins are provided, you can get a bit, gloves to wear, salt, and lemon. It eventially started fillfilling up around 5. We did sit around thirsty for a bit. After 10 minutes of trying to get someone's attention, we just went up to the front counter so we could pay our check and finally leave.

I usually order my cajun shrimp boils from Kickin Crab or Boiling Crab, but they are a bit further away. Thankfully this spot is much closer and hits my craving. Service here is great. Polite staff and attentive service. The restroom can get really messy and gross, depending on the time you go. Earlier dining time before dinner means toilets are much cleaner. I've dined in and picked up to-go many times. While I love dining in so I don't have to cleanup, they make it easy to also eat at home by packing butcher paper, bibs, and lots of napkins! The last couple times we ordered to-go, the flavor was on point but 1/4 of the shrimp was overcooked (mushy). Despite that, the shrimp boil was still tasty.

Always excellent food at Blazin Claw! When it gets busy here, it gets busy. If you're coming during rush hour, expect to wait. Is the wait worth it? Always is! Can always pick up and bring it home to avoid the lengthy wait time, which is what we tend to do often. Wonderful service, friendly staff, family fun environment, clean and maintained, and delicious sauces to go with your bags of seafood every single time. Seafood lover? Highly recommended to try Blazin Claw, especially this location, and open up those taste buds to a blazin sauce (extra garlic) adventure! Since our family of 5-6 tends to chow down, we typically go for the Blazin Combo #3 so we can get 3 pounds of shrimp on top of the 1.5-2 lbs snow crab. Baste it in the Blazin Sauce, mild spice, and extra garlic... mmm!! Still hungry? Just a pound or two of shrimp. We tend to like the motions of digging into the shrimp and savoring all the soaked sauces, so we stick to normal shrimp (other options can be headless or naked shrimp). Familiar with Blazin Claw, Crab, and other similar spots? You already know what's up. Unfamiliar with these types of food chains? You MUST try it. Blazin Claw in Redlands doesn't disappoint and will satisfy the craving you never thought you had. Simply delicious!
